About the Author: Elizabeth Maxwell is a fourth-year art student at the Alberta College of Art and Design (ACAD). She deals mainly with comics and animation, with a little bit of everything else on the side. About the comic: Not So Distant was started on February 26, 2008. It's a story about time travel, everyday life and an alien failing at integrating into human society.
